Guide Russian Ministry of Agriculture will attend the XXVII Congress of the ACCOR

1-12 February 2016 leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation will participate in the XXVII Congress of the Association of peasant (farmer ) households and agricultural consumer cooperatives ( ACCOR ) , which will be held in Moscow City Hall building.

The event is planned to discuss the issues and problems of the agricultural sector , farmers' way of life and cooperation , rural areas , improve the effectiveness of government support measures , as well as the elimination of administrative barriers in the agriculture and farming sector .

Particular attention , the participants of the event intend to pay the new measures of the state support of small and medium-sized businesses within the state program of development of agriculture until 2020 .

It will also consider issues of cooperation between the state and farmers' organizations in the development of small farms in rural areas.

The work of the congress will be attended by representatives of the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, heads of subjects of the RF, regional farmers' associations, representatives of the farming community, as well as organizations working in the agro-industrial sector (JSC "Russian Agricultural Bank, JSC" Rosagroleasing "Development Fund for rural credit cooperatives, Union of rural credit cooperatives, NGOs and other DSZHR).
