The main mission of AminoSib in the Russian market of amino acids production is effective import substitution - to give the market a quality domestic product at a lower price.

It is not a secret that the final cost of the product results, among other things, from the expenses necessary to deliver it to the end consumer. We managed to achieve significant results in this direction.

One of the peculiarities of Aminosib JSC is a well-thought-out logistic chain, which enabled us to reduce the final price of the product by optimizing its delivery in Russia.

First of all, we use the railroad network and our own rolling stock to deliver products over longer distances - this allowed us to eliminate the costs of leasing resources of transport companies, which are usually built into the final cost of the product. We have our own railway line, which runs right up to the logistics warehouse. Thus we can accept our customer's rolling stock for loading, which reduces the time of loading and sorting the stock.

Secondly, we use our own and hired vehicles for delivery, whereby all movements are optimized in advance and further monitored by means of modern tracking and recording equipment. Route optimization has enabled us to reduce the number of stops and product reloading, in order to shorten delivery times.

The important thing for us is that we've achieved the best possible balance between the quality of our products, their delivery time, and their cost. But that doesn't mean that we don't try to find more convenient and efficient ways to deliver the product to the end consumer.
