«AminoSib» Strengthens Its Presence in the Latin American Ingredients Market

06.09.2025
The Agroholding “Yubileiny” delegation took part in a major specialized exhibition for food and health ingredients held in Brazil at the end of August. Earlier, the company announced its first shipment of gluten produced by the AminoSiB plant to a Latin American customer, and participation in the event was aimed at strengthening and expanding partnerships across the region.

In preparation for the trip, the foreign economic activity team carried out extensive research of the complex yet highly promising Latin American market. Despite a thorough analysis of import-export trends, establishing business contacts remained challenging: negotiations with several promising partners would begin actively, only to stall unexpectedly.

During the exhibition, the delegation spent four high-intensity days in Brazil, packed with off-site meetings — including a face-to-face discussion with an existing client. The main focus of the talks was the potential to scale up supply volumes, with preliminary assessments indicating demand of up to 3,000 metric tons of wheat gluten.

The booth attracted both distributors and end manufacturers who produce functional food blends based on specialty ingredients. Representatives of the agroholding distributed around 13 kilograms of product samples to interested partners.

In the coming weeks, laboratory analyses of these samples are expected to be completed, after which the company plans to proceed with contract negotiations and launch new partnerships.

Latin America is experiencing strong growth in demand for plant-based proteins and alternative meat products, with “clean label” and non-GMO requirements at the forefront. The plant protein produced by AminoSiB JSC fully meets these expectations, backed by end-to-end traceability — from raw materials to final packaging — a factor that international partners view as a key indicator of trust and reliability.
